Due to each item being custom made, returns are not accepted. If for any reason the item is broken, you have a 30 day warranty on items. Please message me with a picture of the broken badge reel.

All orders are mailed out within 3-5 business days, which doesnt include weekends or holidays.

Canada customers - Sent through regular Canada Post which does not include tracking. Tracking can be included if you upgrade shipping in the checkout.

USA customers - All packages are sent through UPS and include tracking and can take anywhere from 3-8 business days from the date shipped.

International - All packages include tracking and can take about 3-20 business days once shipped.
